Who I Am & What Drives Me
Joey Hamilton is a dynamic marketing executive and accomplished photographer with two decades of experience driving brand growth across industries, including global food and beverage, professional sports, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, and finance. With seven years in agency leadership, he has helped some of the world’s most recognizable brands—including Alaska Airlines, Visa, the San Francisco Giants, NBC, Sony, Bud Light, McDonald's, and IHG Hotels—connect with their audiences through data-driven strategies and impactful storytelling. His approach is anchored in three core principles: know your audience, connect with purpose, and communicate with consistency.
Beyond marketing, Joey’s passion for visual storytelling extends into photography, where his strategic mindset and artistic vision merge to create compelling, authentic narratives. His ability to blend creativity with strategy allows him to craft imagery that speaks to diverse audiences and enhances brand narratives.
A dedicated advocate for inclusivity in the marketing and creative industries, Joey has worked to amplify diverse voices and foster equitable opportunities. As a former President of the Caribbean Advertising Federation, he led initiatives across 12 countries to elevate Caribbean creatives and expand industry representation. He continues to champion diverse storytelling, working toward greater accessibility and opportunities for underrepresented talent, vendors, and partners.
Outside of work, Joey finds inspiration in nature—often starting his days before sunrise, whether fly fishing at dawn, hiking to catch the first light, or paddling out for an early surf. He draws creativity from the natural world, applying its lessons to both his professional and personal life. Above all, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his family—the true source of his inspiration and purpose.
